I am an educational psychologist, and in my work, I lean on positive psychology integrating elements from solution-based approach as well as socio- and psycholinguistics. If you suffer, for example, from anxiety, fatigue, eating disorder, divorce, interaction problems, stress, or struggle with life management issues, whether you are an adolescent or adult, an athlete, student or professional, you are warmly welcome.

Positive Therapy
What I offer is therapeutic positive psychology-based help where, in partnership with you, we can either go through the causes and nature of the difficulties and problems you may be facing, or directly focus on creating a better future for you. Are you at a turning point in your life? Jammed? Do you feel that nothing makes any sense? Together we will find the right way for you to deal with the weighty issues, and, above all, discover the route to the goals you want to pursue.
Counselling
Sometimes what one needs in order to get out of a difficult situation and to move on, is step by step guidance and counselling. We will handle your experiences in a completely safe and individual way. I will give you time and attention for you to explore your skills, experiences and feelings. Guidance will help you plan your life and ponder the changes you need, as I will be walking alongside you on this journey.
Coaching
Through my active listening, inquiries, and personalised exercises, you can recognise your most important goals, and discover your own resources. Together, we can build an action plan for you to help you achieve the changes and the targets you want. Getting practical tools will help you to use your potential and resources in a meaningful way.
Hypnotherapy
With the help of hypnotherapy, through positive suggestion and imagery techniques, we can work on your emotional experiences, thinking, or behaviour. This therapy can help you with problems relating to pain, physical or psychological stress, fears, addiction, eating disorders, anxiety or insomnia. Hypnosis can enhance motivation for purposeful activities such as studying, sports and lifestyle changes, and it works well as a method of mental coaching.
